He showed me some trucks and when he asked what stage of the process I was in, I told him I'd been searching for the exact truck I wanted for 6 months; that once they showed me a truck that fit my needs, I'd be closer to committing. Before finding the truck I wanted, he walked away to assist other customers and never returned. I'm guessing this is because I wasn't ready to buy, and he was too busy to start at the beginning with me. Again, he never returned to discuss things further. One of the floor managers then directed me to Rocky. He put absolutely no pressure on me, answered all of my questions honestly, had the truck I wanted and let me make a relaxed, informed decision. To make a boring story short, the truck I was interested in had some flaws in the paint that I didn't feel comfortable with, so Pacifico agreed to modify an identical truck that lacked only one option; thus making it exactly what I wanted. I'm not an easy person to sell a vehicle to, but Rocky took care of us, and certainly will be the first person I talk to when it's time to buy again. Pacifico had the only two trucks configured the way I wanted for a 200 mile radius. I started this adventure in June. Rocky and Pacifico (who I never considered because of the location) came through. Dan is my Man Dan Staley is my man , my guy MY DEALER....... Dan had me come in on a Saturday at 9am . He had several trucks that he had in mind that he thought I would like. After looking at 2 trucks i picked one . Pacifico didn't has this said truck in their lot they had to get it from another dealer in Delaware. After a day of trying to get this truck from Delaware that dealer was dragging their feet , Dan called me and said forget them I have another truck lined up in New Jersey. I asked could he get some pictures for me to view and 5 minutes went by and i had the pictures . Buying a Ford Edge I went to just look at a car, and maybe drive a Ford Edge to determine if it really was the car for me. I had a pleasant experience, but did feel a little rushed to make a decision. I knew the color, year, and price I wanted so when the salesman was able to meet my general specifications I didn't really hesitate to buy the car but I wanted some time to think about it. At first I was offered an extended test drive through the weekend which was great but then I was asked to bring in my trade-in and before I really knew what was happening, I was signing on the dotted line. It took a few trips back and forth to my house to complete the transaction, mostly due to my own negligence, but overall it was a long day.I had a decent experience, and would recommend Pacifico to friends especially if they had a specific car in mind. More
