Buying a Ford Edge I went to just look at a car, and maybe drive a Ford Edge to determine if it really was the car for me. I had a pleasant experience, but did feel a little rushed to make a decision. I knew the color, year, and price I wanted so when the salesman was able to meet my general specifications I didn't really hesitate to buy the car but I wanted some time to think about it. At first I was offered an extended test drive through the weekend which was great but then I was asked to bring in my trade-in and before I really knew what was happening, I was signing on the dotted line. It took a few trips back and forth to my house to complete the transaction, mostly due to my own negligence, but overall it was a long day.I had a decent experience, and would recommend Pacifico to friends especially if they had a specific car in mind. More

Pacifico Ford, Good Customer Service All Around My car broke down in Philly while in town to attend a family funeral. Pacifico Ford had decent reviews and so I had my car towed there. I knew it was My car broke down in Philly while in town to attend a family funeral. Pacifico Ford had decent reviews and so I had my car towed there. I knew it was going to be an expensive repair (spark plug blew out of the head, stripping the threads). Holly McCaffrey, the Assistant Service Manager was understanding of my situation, quoted a fair price knowing my dilemma, and got the dealership shuttle van to drop me back off for the service and pick me up when it was over. My car was ready when I arrived. Pacifico Ford was able to do the job in under 3 hours and had most of the parts in their inventory. The repair seems to be done right. In all, they were able to remove a lot of stress on an already stressful day. More
