I was prepared to say NO to everything that was offered and reverse the table to where I was the "negotiator". I walked out like "I've been had". I didn't get a chance to use any of my moves. The sales rep gave me everything I wanted and I didn't even have to ask twice. He was understanding of my circumstances and open minded towards finding ways for me to drive away with a new car...AND I DID! He even checked on me after my purchase to make sure I was happy not satisfied. I don't feel like I met another sales rep, I feel as if I was accepted into the Ford family and that's a good feeling with my new investment. More

Since a new car is a big investment by the purchaser, having a salesman who is friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable is always a positive in the decision process. Dan had the car selected waiting for us in in the front lot. Upon arrival he displayed the 2015 Ford Fusion to my wife and I immediately. Dan and I exchanged emails prior to our visit making the sales process a lot easier for both parties. The Monthly payments target as well as the options I wanted in the 2015 Fusion SE were all met by Dan. Dan went out of his way to set Microsoft Sync up in the car and performed a thorough overview of all the interior features with us prior to our departure. He even preset the Sirius radio channels for us.
