One of the easiest decisions I have made in a long time. I am the proud owner of a new Ford Edge and have to thank Mike Henkin and Neal Bauer for the GREAT care and effort in the process. While there are a lot of things quicker than buying a new vehicle, you can't rush the process when you buy and take delivery all in the same day. Mike and Neil worked to find me the color and option package I requested, and they found a couple. I determined it would be advantageous to me to look on the lot and they found me one better than I had expected. It was a hopping day at Pacifico that Saturday but Mike managed to get an appraisal on my vehicle, set up the transfer of insurance, and started the paperwork. Neal and Bernard helped complete the process and King Jay even threw in a couple valet parking coupons for travel parking. Sweet!
