He told me the Car would be there on a certain date February 13th, I went with my husband, we brought our insurance information, checked out the car with all its gadgets (I loved it at first sight) and Richard was so efficient with the paperwork that l couldn't believe within 2 hours we were on the road in my new Ford Escape, using the Voice Sync technology and the Sirius Radio System listening to Elvis Rock the Road!
