Excellent Service Gary Holmes, Jay Singer and Dave Waz, these guys are why my family has been coming to this dealership for over fifteen years. Gary is like family. He Gary Holmes, Jay Singer and Dave Waz, these guys are why my family has been coming to this dealership for over fifteen years. Gary is like family. He knows what we want and just about when we want it. He is a busy guy, but always makes time to call just to make sure the cars are keeping us happy. We call Gary, Dave, and Jay the ultimate trio. If it weren't for these guys and their personalities we would have been going to the dealership much closer to our home simply for the convenience. We would also like to add a personal note and thank them for the many years of understanding, compassion and caring they have always expressed in regards to our son who is Autistic. We have always brought our children with us when purchasing vehicles from your dealership. Gary, Dave and Jay were simply fantastic with them. My son has a love of cars, due in thanks, to Gary Holmes always taking a moment to answer his questions. My family and I have always felt at home walking into your dealership. Best experience at a dealership Holly made me think differently about getting my car serviced at a dealership that I didn't buy my car from. Had problems with my ford edge and other Holly made me think differently about getting my car serviced at a dealership that I didn't buy my car from. Had problems with my ford edge and other dealers couldn't fix and she explained what the problem could be and she was correct and no longer have that problem anymore. She made my experience convient to me and was friendly that I trusted my edge was in good hands and finally problem was solved . More

After having been to a few other dealerships and getting the run around and over priced quotes we landed at Our experience at Pacifico was fantastic! After having been to a few other dealerships and getting the run around and over priced quotes we landed at Pacifico Ford and found ourselves seated with Tyrell, best move we made! He made our experience not only easy but enjoyable and stress free! With a baby on the way and lots going on the last thing we needed was a stressful experience, it was nothing of the sort. We are planning on keeping in touch and hoping that when we go to trade our 2014 Ford Escape in that Tyrell will still be there at Pacifico to help us out! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car without a lot of hassle! More
