I originally came to the dealership strictly due to an internet price that I was given. When I got there though I was introduced to Chad Gilbert. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I had the BEST experience both with Pacifico Ford and especially Charles "Chuck" Freeman :) I wasn't sure if I would be leaving there with a Car when I went in, but I decided to give it a try. With the help of Chuck and the Finance Manager at Pacifico Ford, not only did I leave with a Car, I left with a BRAND new car and the exact one I wanted (At an unbelievably low interest rate!)
