I was traumatized having been in a car accident that was not my fault. My car was totaled so I needed to purchase another one. I came to Pacifico Ford after visiting 2 other dealerships. Those experiences were upsetting as I felt that they did not have my best interest at heart. I did not feel comfortable there. At Pacifico it was totally different, as soon as I walked in the door I felt like this experience would be different. Everyone was so friendly especially Gabi, he made me feel like I was important. He knew what I wanted and went about the business of explaining everything to me. I left that day with the car I have now and could not be happier. Gabi is an excellent salesperson and I will recommend him to anybody looking for a car from now on. More
