I was in a bad situation when my vehicle was deemed a total loss. I was attracted to Pacifico Ford after seeing a television commercial of the new Ford Edge. I went to Pacifico Ford and was met by Chad Gilbert who was approachable and glad to help me. Chad listened to my interest and showed me a few vehicles on the lot and we found the car for me. After a test drive I was very happy with the Ford Edge I chose. Chad then showed me a few option and the great rebate offers. I had a normal conversation and felt very comfortable and not pressured to sign anything. Chad went out of his way providing me with the best options that suited my budget and I agreed to buy my new car. Chad walked me through step by step showing me how the My Ford Touch worked and even took the time to set up my sync account and connected my cellphone. He called and updated my insurance and even set up my first service appointment and explained the special offers from free oil changes including complimentary car wash. Chad even made arrangements for me to leave the rental car I arrived in. A short time later I drove off feeling happy and confident that I made a good decision in my freshly washed and gassed up new car. When we first arrived at the dealer at 9am opening, it was really quiet so we went outside to look around. A service rep came out and told us that the salesmen had just gotten out of a meeting and would b was really quiet so we went outside to look around. After we told him that we had emailed an inquiry, he checked to see if we had already been assigned someone, but we weren't so he was our sales rep. While we were talking, Joe Romano also introduced himself as a manager and spoke with us about our options. Tyrell did a great job taking us to see the cars we had come to see, and helped us find a deal that would work for us. He was personable, friendly and pleasant to work with. We ended by signing contracts with Bernard Jones who was also very pleasant. Then Tyrell showed us how Sync worked in the car and answered other questions about our new car. We were very pleased with Pacifico and would recommend it to our friends and family. Thanks! More

I have to say that working with Pacifico was an overall great experience. Weeks prior to arriving I was interested in purchasing an upgraded vehicle. When I arrived I was unsure about whether or not I will drive off in a different car. During that time Chad Gilbert assured me that I will leave in a vehicle. He was a lot more confident than I was and he knew his cars inside and out. He was friendly, kind, outgoing, and passionate about his work.
