I have to say that working with Pacifico was an overall great experience. Weeks prior to arriving I was interested in purchasing an upgraded vehicle. When I arrived I was unsure about whether or not I will drive off in a different car. During that time Chad Gilbert assured me that I will leave in a vehicle. He was a lot more confident than I was and he knew his cars inside and out. He was friendly, kind, outgoing, and passionate about his work. Thanks to him I am very satisfied and I now have a great running car. More

When we first arrived at the dealer at 9am opening, it was really quiet so we went outside to look around. After we told him that we had emailed an inquiry, he checked to see if we had already been assigned someone, but we weren't so he was our sales rep. While we were talking, Joe Romano also introduced himself as a manager and spoke with us about our options. Tyrell did a great job taking us to see the cars we had come to see, and helped us find a deal that would work for us. He was personable, friendly and pleasant to work with. We ended by signing contracts with Bernard Jones who was also very pleasant. Then Tyrell showed us how Sync worked in the car and answered other questions about our new car. We were very pleased with Pacifico and would recommend it to our friends and family. Thanks! More
