Everyone was extremely helpful, patience and courteous. I felt like a family friend instead of a buyer. To be honest, I am one of those people who HATE the car shopping experience, mostly due to what I have ALWAYS experienced in the past - pushy, aggressive sales staff who jump on you as soon as you pull int shopping experience, mostly due to what I have ALWAYS experienced in the past - pushy, aggressive sales staff who jump on you as soon as you pull into the parking lot and try to convince you that you will NEVER do any better than what they can offer. My experience with Pacifico Ford on Essington Ave. in Philadelpha was quite different. Festus Adeoye was our sales person. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgable. But most of all, he made us feel that it was more important for us to get what we wanted rather than him making a sale. He showed us options and worked with us over a period of several weeks to find the car we felt was "the one". During our experience with Pacifico, we worked with several other associates, the finance manager, used car manager, and 2 sales managers. All made us feel it was important for us to be happy no matter how long it took for them to find what we wanted. Dave Waz went out of his way to try and find a car that fit MY criteria - which, I will admit, was quite specific. He worked with us for quite some time, and was very patient and accommodating. John Sherwood even came out and congratulated us when we finally did find the right vehicle and assured us we were getting a great car. The finance managers, Joe and Shadi, were also very accommodating and worked with us well. After we found "our car", we met with Jay Singer to do all final paperwork. It was late - past closing time. ALL of us were tired. But Jay hung in there with us explaining the tons of paperwork, warranty options, etc. I will admit, that I was probably a little challenging when questioning warranties and costs. But, it turned into a fun experience and all paperwork was completed to everyone's liking by the end of the night. But Festus was "our guy". When we came in to pick up our Ford Edge, it was suppose to be his day off. We could not get there until 7:00 that evening. Festus was there to greet us and stayed until we drove off the lot - way past closing time. All in all, I would HIGHLY recommend Pacifico Ford, and specifically Festus Adeoye, if you are in the market for a new or used car. They carrry many makes of used cars and also new Fords, Hyundai, and Mazdas. I would be shocked if your experience was not the same as mine - and I consider myself a "tough" customer who had specific needs and wants and a dollar amount in mind before I walked in their doors. I feel like I have a new group of friends at Pacifico. More
