I was coming out of a '10 Edge lease and rolling into a new lease. With new goals in place, I needed to downsize. Can I tell you, this car is fab! After all the perks were added and Shadi Dandan, who is also the best and with who I've done two leases, did his financing wizardry and he was to closely meet my expected monthly payment. Afterwards I met with Jay Singer, our second lease signing together, who did an excellent job explaining the maintenance packages and I chose a package targetting my concern.
