I purchased my mustang from this dealer about 4 years ago, Its a great car but like any other it has had its small problems. I normally don't go back to the dealer for my work as i have many auto mechan ago, Its a great car but like any other it has had its small problems. I normally don't go back to the dealer for my work as i have many auto mechanics in my family and I myself do alot of my own work as well. But when the air conditioner blender door and motor went I decided to use my warranty and I made a Appt for service. From the time i pull into the shop every one was friendly and very helpful. From start to finish all my questions were answered and they even told me that work I was asking to have done was not needed!!! Imagine that a dealer telling a Customer that they DONT need work done. In the end my car was ready way ahead of schedule and I honest think that Nancy and Joe did a amazing job of making sure I had an easy and smooth experience. I also dealt with a man and I believe his name was Paul. He was not even working in the department I was in and he went out of his way to help me get out and in a rental car so i wouldn't be late for work. Without a doubt I will be returning to Pacifico for more work and looking on their lot when it comes time to buy a new car, The 1/2 travel time for me to get to Pacifico is nothing when you get such great service when you walk on to their lot !!!!!
