He made sure i got all the rebates availabe and presented all my options for buying vs.leasing.After agreeing on a price he made sure to go over all the electronics of the car since they are very high tech now. This was my first experience purchasing a new car. I spent several weeks researching different dealerships in the area, and knew I found the right place when I learned of Pacifico Ford. Their sales team spent several weeks researching different dealerships in the area, and knew I found the right place when I learned of Pacifico Ford. Their sales team was incredibly friendly, helpful, and went to great lengths to make sure I was comfortable throughout the sales process and nothing short of thrilled with my purchase experience. I appreciated that they sent me formal quotes or "pricing proposals" by e-mail before I even entered the dealership, so there was no confusion about what I was spending for the car, paperwork, taxes, etc. Everything was clear and upfront. Of the 5-6 other dealerships I was in communication, no other dealership was quite as professional as Pacifico. In some cases, I felt it was quite the contrary. I was also very compelled to buy at Pacifico because of their commitment to long-term customer relationships -- it's genuinely not just about the sale. Through the Pacifico For Life Program, I have a lifetime engine guarantee for my car (of course, as long as servicing is done at Pacifico), which was very important to me, free PA inspections for me and my family members, free car washes every time I get serviced at Pacifico, and every 4th oil change is free. It sincerely makes me feel that they are just as invested in the longevity of my car as I am. After my purchase, I've continued to have wonderful customer service experiences with Pacifico. Gabi in particular has been exceptional - taking my calls after hours when I had some trouble with the Sync software, directing my concerns to the service department and saving me the extra step. He's been absolutely fabulous. All in all, I would absolutely recommend Pacifico Ford. More
My experience with Pacifico Ford and with Rocky was very positive. I did not particularly look forward the prospect of buying a new car and especially with my circumstances of having just moved back to the positive. I did not particularly look forward the prospect of buying a new car and especially with my circumstances of having just moved back to the United States after living overseas. I did my research ahead of time by knowing the type and even the specific vehicles in which I was interested and I also looked at reviews of Pacifico Ford, but I was very uncertain of what I needed to be able to complete a purchase given my relocation circumstances. I also felt vulnerable to the sales process given the fact that I really needed a new car and seemingly had little leverage to negotiate since I had walked to the dealer! Fortunately, when I walked in, I met Rocky. I was prepared which was good, so I was able to clearly and confidentially let Rocky know what I was looking for and that I was serious about being ready to buy and not just browsing or wasting his time. I also let him know I had some unusual circumstances. So, he immediately had us sit down at his desk and he let me describe my circumstances and we began to put the information into the system and discuss what I was looking for in a 'new' car. I had a clear list of car makes/models as well as features ranging from must have to nice to have. Rocky listened and helped guide me through the process including piecing together the contact and driver license information I did have based on my relocation circumstances. I had what was needed to buy a car, so we then proceeded to take some test drives. I looked at new as well as certified pre owned vehicles and test drove all 3 cars of interest including a make different than the Ford. Rocky provided information about features aligned to my list but never pressured me. The process was relaxed the entire time for me. I also knew what I was willing to pay and if the price was not right, I was willing to walk out, but in the end, I found a very well priced certified pre owned Ford Escape that met every single required feature and all but one of my nice to have features for about exactly the mid range price I was willing to pay. Rocky was then very helpful in getting me into the car immediately, allowing me to set up insurance and plan the purchase settlement in a couple of days. In summary, after nearly a week, I definitely have no buyers remorse even after my quick decision, and I must say that my expectations have even been exceeded! More
