I brought my vehicle in for the first oil change. He was very pleasant. He explained the service that would be performed on my vehicle and patiently answered all of my questions. Approximately two days ago, I came to the service department very early in the morning. Just before going there, someone pulled up besided me and informed me I had no brake lights. Needless to say, I was a little frazzled. I was worried about my vehicle. What could possibly be wrong? Tom (I feel that we are on a first name basis now) was very patient and calm. He told me not to worry, that they would take a look at it and he would let me know what was going on. Thankfully, the bulbs just needed to be replaced. He had me in and out in record time. I was greatly appreciative because I needed to go to work. My two experiences in the service department exceeded my expectations. I thought it very important to write this review to emphasize the good work that Tom is doing on a daily basis. I let him know that every time I come, I am going to look for him! More
