I purchased a 2007 Jeep Compass from Pacifico Ford. I was referred to Pacifico Ford by a family member to see Earl Hill. I was having problems getting approved for a car loan due to my credit history. I was so stress out, I had a leased vechicle and my lea Earl Hill. I was having problems getting approved for a car loan due to my credit history. I was so stress out, I had a leased vechicle and my lease was up but I could not get approved by that dealership to lease another vechicle. Mr. Hill assured me that he could help me. We talked on the phone and I came in with the appropiate documents and he was able to get me approved. I tasted drove my vechicle and fell in love. One month after purchasing my Ford 2007 Escape my battery died. I called Mr. Hill and he told me to have it towed back to Pacific Ford and they would replace the battery. I waited in the service area and enjoy surfing the web and sipping on the Keruig hot coffee. The Service Manager was very accomadating and my battery was replaced with no problems. I've never had a problem since. However on 1/27/13, I was hit by another vechicle on 1-495 and I thought that my car could be repaired. Unfortunately, that was not the case. My car was declared a loss; and now I am in the process of trying to get another Ford Escape. I know I will receive the best customer service ever from Mr. Hill and the finance officer. I can't wait to ride again in a Ford Escape. More
