Yesterday, I went into Pacifico to look at their pre-owned inventory and got a fabulous deal on my Altima. My salesperson was Gabi Abisaleh and he was outstanding. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional and probably the best car salesperson I have ever dealt with. I left a very happy customer - so much so that I have been on the phone telling others about Gabi and recommending him if they are in the market for a car. My cousin is in the market and now wants to go to Gabi. Bottom Line: Go see Gabi at Pacifico. More

As below, another experience of how hard they will work and reach out to - all- of their customer's needs with great satisfaction. Recently, my son needed to replace his vehicle; however, his credit score was very, very low; making it impossible for him to finance a car on his own without having skyrocketting interest rates and montly payments. He needed someone to help him rebuild his credit so; we immediatly told him we would go to Pacifico Ford because, we knew that they always work with their customers and would never turn him away. My son worked with Earl Hill (Pacifico dealer) extensively for two days, working through numerous seneros, dealing with various banks, business contacts and confering with his manager(Joe). My son experienced the respect and commitment as a customer; that Earl and Joe would not give up and will find a way to help and meet his specific needs. Due to Pacifico Ford Customer Service Dedication - my son was able to purchase a 2013 Fiesta and is now able to re-build his credit report (when other dealers would not help him).
