Due to a personal situation, I was in dire need of a vehicle. When I walked through Ford's doors, the first person to greet me was Mr. Staley. I am not even sure I said, "Hello" before I rambled on about my personal situation. I will never forget his kind face and response. He said, "No problem." And he proceded to explain that he would take my information to the finance manager and see what kind of vehicle I could get. Honestly, I immediately felt a sense of relief. Mr. Staley was kind and patient throughout the whole process....especially when my father showed up! Without skipping a beat, Mr. Staley explained everything...again...to my father. In closing, I would like to say I am more than pleased with my vehicle. Mr. Staley is, in my book, the best salesman. By the end of the process, I knew I made the right choice by purchasing with Pacifico Ford. I have no problem recommending any family or friends to Mr. Staley. More

Earl Hill sold my late husband his last four cars. When it was time for me to get a new car I had no second thoughts to call Earl. My husband had told me so many great things about Earl. Earl asked me what I was looking to do with my old car and what was I thinking about doing about purchasing a new car. I told him what I can afford and he showed me cars that were in my price range. My overall experience with Pacifico Ford was wonderful. After a few hours going back and forth with Earl I drove off the lot in my new 2013 Ford Focus. Clayton Garrett was a very good car salesman. He worked with me despite my low credit score. I believe he did everything he could to get me the best rate my credit would allow for. On October 28th 2012, I was in a terrible accident. A Ford truck stopped suddenly in front of me (and, yes, they are really built tough) because a SUV flipped over in front of it. I was totaled mentally, and I was dreading the experience of having to purchase a new car because I didn’t want to face a car salesperson and all of the stereotypes that are usually associated with them. Within a week of my accident, I found a vehicle that I liked. It was at Pacifico Ford. I decided against the advice of friends and family and I went to the dealership alone. Their concern was that, as a female, I would be an easy target for an unscrupulous salesperson. However, from the moment I stepped into Pacifico Ford I knew immediately that my fears and the concerns of my friends and family were unfounded. The staff, in general, were extremely warm and welcoming, but particularly Rocky Degregorio and Tracey Scott. Rocky is my hero! He provided me with great customer service and at no time did I feel I was being swindled. Ms. Scott was equally reassuring as she thoroughly explained to me my financing and warranty options. The two of them made me feel very comfortable about both owning and driving a car again. It was the right experience for me at the right time. I highly recommend Pacifico Ford, Rocky,Shadi, Ms. Scott, and Ford trucks for all of the same reasons they are reliable and they are built tough.
