We were treated very well from the moment we stepped into the dealership. We were greeted with friendly customer service and our salesperson was open to helping us look at several models and options before w the dealership. Even though they did not have what we wanted in stock, Mike and Shadi went above and beyond to locate the very exact car we wanted at the exact price we wanted. We only had to wait a couple days to come back in and take possession of the car. Once we did, Mike went over all the details of operation with us to make sure we could take full advantage of all of the amenities. We even had help with my smartphone! Joe showed me how to assign a name/indentity to my phone so it would not get confused with my husband's when syncing with the car's computer. And Michael, the finance mgr was thorough and friendly in explaining our options for additional coverage. More
