I have been a long time regular Pacifico client (3 cars) so there was no other choice for me when it came time to purchase a new car. My salesman, Rocky, was excellent! He was very patient with my speci so there was no other choice for me when it came time to purchase a new car. My salesman, Rocky, was excellent! He was very patient with my specific requirements (i.e. car must have a sun roof) and he and his associates worked VERY hard to find a car that would be perfect for me. My work schedule is different every day nonetheless Rocky always made an effort to be available--even if it meant working on his day off and/or trying to make time for me in between other customers whenever I could get to the dealership. Both while the extensive car search was going on and once the right car was located, Joe Romano and Michael Larkin worked diligently with me on all of the necessary and at times complicated, paperwork. Because of my work schedule the night that I picked up my car turned out to be much later than expected. Jay Singer was very patient explaining all the warranty options and other required forms. Both Rocky and Jay were all about service and kindness that night -- especially considering it was almost 10:30PM when I drove off the lot in my new car and Jay and Rocky were finally able to go home! I will continue to recommend Pacifico and I will also highlight Rocky as a terrific salesperson. In addition, Michael, Joe and Jay are also assets to the total experience. More
