My experience overall was very positive. I initially intended to just go in to shop around but the vibe that I felt early on was that I was working with very honest people who were intent on helping me intended to just go in to shop around but the vibe that I felt early on was that I was working with very honest people who were intent on helping me have a satisfactory experience rather than just making a buck. My car is used for work purposes and my dealer, Rocky, seemed very understanding to that need and pointed me in the right direction. Pacifico Ford and Gabi were EXCELLENT! Gabi really made me feel so comfortable that I felt like we were family by the time I left. We have been purchasing our vehicles from Pacifco Ford since 1999 first with Eddie Allen and since then with Rocky. I have been completely satisfies with all of my vehicle lease experiances (4 different vehicles) with Rocky to date. Rocky has always been helpful with knowledge and very thorough on explaining every feature that our lease provides to us, frm helping set up the Sync system to finding a trailer hitch set up for our truck. I went into the dealership for routine maintenance and was greeted immediately by Paul and Tom who were very professional and friendly. If this problem wasn’t found prior to me leaving for my vacation there’s a very good chance my car would have broken down. Paul called to notify me on what they had found, he was able to explain the problem and the repair that needed to be performed in terms that I could understand and recommended that the repair be performed immediately due to the nature of the problem and the likelihood of a breakdown. Thanks to the diligence of the employees at Pacifico Ford my vacation went off without a hitch for which I am very appreciative. More
