Joe Roletter was my service adviser, and he was very professional in every aspect. I had to bring my F150 in for a transmission issue, and Joe was also able to fit in diagnosing my Sync issue while the professional in every aspect. I had to bring my F150 in for a transmission issue, and Joe was also able to fit in diagnosing my Sync issue while they had the truck. It was ready at the time that Joe promised me it would be done. The transmission is shifting 100% now. In an age where good customer service seems to take a back seat to cost savings, its good to know that there are people like Joe who care about the customer's experience, and a dealership like Pacifico that fosters great employees.
