The quality of work I receive from all Pacifico Ford employees is wonderful and especially Joe Roletter who made me feel comfortable, knowing i can Trust him to give me an honest account of any problems employees is wonderful and especially Joe Roletter who made me feel comfortable, knowing i can Trust him to give me an honest account of any problems my car might have, he personally took me to see my car and show where any work needs to be done, for example brake pads, I was taken to mechanic and shown where the pads are wearing thin. Joe Roletter was my service adviser, and he was very professional in every aspect. I had to bring my F150 in for a transmission issue, and Joe was also able to fit in diagnosing my Sync issue while the professional in every aspect. I had to bring my F150 in for a transmission issue, and Joe was also able to fit in diagnosing my Sync issue while they had the truck. It was ready at the time that Joe promised me it would be done. The transmission is shifting 100% now. In an age where good customer service seems to take a back seat to cost savings, its good to know that there are people like Joe who care about the customer's experience, and a dealership like Pacifico that fosters great employees. As a mother of twin babies, it is hard for me to get out at night, therefore I never thought getting a new car was in my future. My husband called Rocky (who sold us our last two cars a couple of years ago at night, therefore I never thought getting a new car was in my future. My husband called Rocky (who sold us our last two cars a couple of years ago) just to see if he could help us out. Over the course of a week or so Rocky and I went back and forth on the phone and found exactly what I wanted, made the deal and sent me off in my new car today. Buying/leasing a car is a process that involves paperwork and a bit of waiting. Rocky made the wait hassle free and helped to get things done and get me on the road as soon as possible.
