Got my first car at Pacifico Ford a few weeks ago. My sales Woman name was Amina, she was awesome. She really made my experience amazing, her customer service was great also.I did have one problem with m sales Woman name was Amina, she was awesome. She really made my experience amazing, her customer service was great also.I did have one problem with my experience at Pacifico when the guy went to detail my car, he scratched my bumper leaving marks. Once I told the Pacifico team what happened the immediately took care of my car and replaced my bumper. Overall, great experience with good customer service. More

Terrible. Rude, condescending, argumentative. It honestly doesn't matter which person you get on the phone it's usually the same fluff from each salesman. The basic theme is that if Paoli Ford does honestly doesn't matter which person you get on the phone it's usually the same fluff from each salesman. The basic theme is that if Paoli Ford doesn't have the vehicle, it can't exist. Well, I just bought it for $16,500 less than your "best" price. Shop around, there are way better deals. More
