Pacifico leased me a defective car. Same problem was repaired multiple times. Pacifico’s own service manager and GM agreed they “never saw” the problem before! They asked me to come in to terminate th repaired multiple times. Pacifico’s own service manager and GM agreed they “never saw” the problem before! They asked me to come in to terminate the lease and get in something similar because of the obvious problems with the vehicle they initially provided. Ended up being a complete waste of time after the insulting and laughable “deal” which was presented. Will now be forced toward legal action for remedy due to breach of warranty. Very disappointed in all involved. No accountability or ownership of this problem whatsoever! Beware! More
