Service review I went to the dealership to have a minor repair. The hose that dispenses windshield wiper fluid had to be replaced. Yes, my Edge had some things wrong, which was still under warranty, thank god. But, Sean made sure we were not charged anything above & actually saved us money!! HORRIBLE SERVICE. NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! Dropped my vehicle off for a warranty repair and recall and I specifically told them exactly what lights were on. I lef SERVICE. NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! Dropped my vehicle off for a warranty repair and recall and I specifically told them exactly what lights were on. I left it there on Thursday and didn't pick it up until Wednesday at 8:40PM. When I pick it up, I noticed the 'I" notification I had informed them about is still on. I reach out to them the morning after at 9AM to let them know they didn't finish the service repair and my warranty actually expired during the repair (May 11th --- I dropped it off on the 10th.) The service director "Terry" tries to tell me that's my responsibility to let them know exactly what the notifications are supposed to mean and I'm supposed to explain it to the service advisor. I guess their service advisors get paid for nothing then because last time I checked, that's what they're being paid to do. He repeatedly tried to deflect and make it seems like it was my fault when in reality, it 100% should have all been handled. Worse customer service I've dealt with at a dealership. More
Had 4 tires replaced because it was just time to doit I've been a Customer of Pacific Ford for around 30 years... I've bought several vehicles from them and get all my service done here... I've never had I've been a Customer of Pacific Ford for around 30 years... I've bought several vehicles from them and get all my service done here... I've never had a problem that couldn't be solved and they never let you leave without being 100% satisfied !! They also make you feel like Family... I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone.. More
