Outstanding Service Sean Mellon at Pacifico service is an absolute pleasure to work with. 7am I drove into the bay and was greated by a smiling and pleasant Sean. I have a 2014 Ford Focus and it came to me with a few problems built into that particular model - Paul helped me and was very attentive and caring. My service advisor, 593 Sean Mellon, kept me up to speed every step of the way by texting me with updates and questions, which was the best method of contact for me. I admit that I was hesitant to return to Pacifico for service because of my last experience, but Sean definitely was able to rectify that situation and guaranteed future business from me. These people KNOW their stuff Sean Mellon was my Customer Service Manager and he kept in contact with me the entire time my vehicle was being serviced with updates. When they were Sean Mellon was my Customer Service Manager and he kept in contact with me the entire time my vehicle was being serviced with updates. When they weren't able to complete the work the same day, Sean arranged a vehicle for me. This may not seem like much but when you consider the area was having a winter storm and everybody wanted to go home. The fact Sean and his partnership with the people at Enterprise stayed late to make sure I was taken care of properly. Thank you so much. More
Excellent Came in because I took my Ford to another Ford Dealership across the street from my job and i couldn't what they said. Sean seen the look on my face when i got there and he told me that he would take it to the service guys and let me know what was wrong. He came back out and said no need to worry your car the axles wrong but it's covered under your warranty or the other dealership told me was something completely different so Sean made my visit very comfortable and very pleasant I would recommend him to anybody that comes to ford to have service done. More
