Missing Paperwork I took my vehicle in for an oil change and inspection and had Sean Mellon as my service advisor. I didn't have some of the paperwork I needed. Instead I took my vehicle in for an oil change and inspection and had Sean Mellon as my service advisor. I didn't have some of the paperwork I needed. Instead of telling me they couldn't do the inspection, Sean helped me get online with PennDOT and get everything I needed. He pretty much took care of everything. Snow Prep -Oil Change I have been very impressed with Ford Quick Lane services, they have a clean, comfortable waiting area, and hot pretzels if your stomach starts growlin I have been very impressed with Ford Quick Lane services, they have a clean, comfortable waiting area, and hot pretzels if your stomach starts growling. I find if you get there early you get out early. However on Friday, 12-8-17, I heard the 1st snow storm would be arriving tomorrow on my planned shopping day in Lancaster. I called the guys at Quick Lane around 10:20am to see if I could get in for an oil change, I have been putting off for 2 weeks, and they were like "sure bring it over" so I did, and James was at the desk, he took care of "my baby" and called a lil over an hour to let me know "my baby" was ready for pick up. James Williams is the best, always friendly and makes sure everything is taken care of including my little sticker to let me know when my next oil change is due. Thanks James! More

In and out I brought my car in for an oil change last Friday afternoon and without any hesitation Sean was like .... no problem offered me something to drink and I brought my car in for an oil change last Friday afternoon and without any hesitation Sean was like .... no problem offered me something to drink and pointed me toward the waiting room and before you knew it my car was ready.
