Even though I did not make an appointment he did not make me feel like I was looked over. Andrew gave me updates on my car and about what issue he may have come across. Andrew was very patient and informative when explaining what was happening with my car. He did everything he could to help me ,not miss too many days of work due to car repairs. He was very professional when speaking with me. He responded in a timely manner to all messages. If I should need services again I will be sure to ask for Andrew Knox.
