Great and Honest Service Paul was excellent. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me multiple options for replacement parts and went over the pros and cons of each Paul was excellent. He was also able to save me a little money by realizing that I did not have to purchase additional services and they were already covered under my existing warranty. I JUST WENT IN FOR MAINTENANCE While waiting to have my car serviced I saw my salesman. He spoke, we chatted and I jokingly told him I didn't want a new car. He smiled and said, "let me put you into something a little newer." I declined and left shortly thereafter (he was with a customer so I didn't get a chance to say goodbye). A couple of days later he called me and told me he found just the car for me. I told him if you can lower my car payment I will purchase a new car. He told me to come in--I did so the next day and I left with a 2017 Ford Escape and a lower car payment and lowered car insurance! Mr. Holmes has sold me four cars (now 5). usually when he sees me for a maintenance check. I try to sneak in so he doesn't see me, but he always does (smile). If I call him and say this is your worst nightmare and he laughs and then calls me by name. Whenever someone talks to me about purchasing a car I tell them to go to Pacifico and I give them Gary Holmes phone number. I tell them if Mr. Holmes/Pacifico can't put you in a car no one can. I sent a coworker to him once and she is now on her second car purchased from Pacifico. I love the service I receive from Pacifico. The people are all friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are well taken care of--even if you're sitting and waiting. If you are there for service they keep you updated as to the progress of the work being done and make sure that you are comfortable. I definitely recommend Pacifico for new car purchases and service! Excellent customer service! The rear tire on my F150 went flat due to a defect in the sidewall. Contacted the service department and had a call back from three people. Bryan Delong worked with me to source a complete set of new tires. He made arrangements for me to come in and get the work done. I am grateful for his help and professionalism. While my truck was in the capable hands of their service department I went down the street and visited the Simeone Museum to see their fine collection of cars. Bryan took care of all the interaction with the warranty company which was a big relief. If you are on the fence for getting the wheel and tire warranty they offer just do it. It has already payed me back. This was all around a GREAT visit to Pacifico Fords Service Center. More

He also realized that my vehicle had another outstanding product recall (must have been issued right before I bought the car, the paperwork never reached me). He went out of his way to search for that specific piece for me, and was able to get it installed in the same visit. Customer service was spectacular. After being treated with some scorn at other locations (being a young woman who doesn't know much about cars, I've had many questions dismissed or answered with little patience), Sean was so polite and helped me through the whole process.
