Tire Repair The service department was able to accommodate my request to move up my appointment to mount a new tire on my car ahead of an approaching snow storm. The service department was able to accommodate my request to move up my appointment to mount a new tire on my car ahead of an approaching snow storm. Once I arrived, I received excellent service from Sean. I left my car at the dealer and got a shuttle to work. My car was ready within a few hours, and the shuttle was back at my work to pick me up. Great service and great prices! More

Inspection tag Since I have gotten my new 2017 Ford lease I was hit with a pebble on I-76 and my windshield shattered. Without much help from Farmers insurance, I de Since I have gotten my new 2017 Ford lease I was hit with a pebble on I-76 and my windshield shattered. Without much help from Farmers insurance, I decided to pay out of pocket and have safelite replace my windshield. All I needed was inspection tag transfer. I had five business days to get new tags. Being that I only had this new lease for 3 weeks I called Ford service department. After speaking with 3 people and becoming very frustrated that they were telling me I would have to pay for a new inspection to get new stickers for a car I just drove off their lot, I decided to just book an appointment and talk to service manager upon arrival. After research of PA state law on windshield repair I was prepped and ready. Paul was the first person I met today. I explained my situation to him and he was very understanding. Explained to me that the customer service receptionists don't always fully understand the request, and then further stated that I would not have to pay for full inspection. After waiting for under an hour, Paul was nice enough to waive the fee of $22 for the tags. Thus making my overall experience of what I expected to be negative, a positive experience. More
