I was looking at an over $2,000 repair because the window is part of the rook and cannot be repaired separately. Sean and his men worked with Ford to pay for the roof, labor of an outside vendor and rental. Definitely will recommend Pacifico and Ford! More

Between the phone calls, walk-ins, registrations, follow up....explanations.......etc. I have never seen James loose control, either through voice or actions. Henry Ford would be proud of this individual as I imagine this is the type of service the Ford family expects. I know it is the service I often hope for and James has never let me down.
