I use the service department because they are wonderful HOWEVER, unfortunately, I have not been able to deal with the new car dealership EVEN when I had a certificate showing that I was a family member. I thought I may try it again on a 2015 Suburban, but they wanted to jack the price around several times. I got my SUV in Jacksonville then use their service department when needed. More

We have since taken an extended road trip (3200) miles and have to say that this Equinox is one of the most comfortable cars I've ever owned, the ride was great, and the economy was a wonderful improvement over our 2009 Traverse. He emailed me and also called me to give me information about cars I was interested in. When we arrived today we were greeted right away and I told them I was looking for Neil. He was paged and when he arrived he was very helpful. I told him I would like to see a Sonic and he showed me a few possible choices. Then we went for a test drive. When we arrived back at the dealer we started the paper work. The entire experience with Neil and JD Piatek was very satisfactory. It was a pleasure to do business with Neil and JD.
