I am sorry to say. .. My appt. was at 9:00 and had to wait 3 hours in lobby for them to finish changing the oil in my husbands Truck. All I needed was an oil change. I .. My appt. was at 9:00 and had to wait 3 hours in lobby for them to finish changing the oil in my husbands Truck. All I needed was an oil change. I believe it was Scott who signed me in the front and told me the wait was one hour and 30 minutes. three hours later, around 12ish my truck was finally done. This was Saturday and apparently some people didn't show up for work. They were short on help. This was not a good day for hired help to not come in to work. Sorry but I had to give one star. More
