Terrible Service Dept. -The Worst, read all reviews As in multiple reviews about this dealership, STAY FAR AWAY FROM IT! They are thieves at best. These are the people that give car dealerships a bad name. Unfortunately my car was towed there and I didn't have a choice but to have it fixed there, and they knew it and took full advantage of that. They charged more than double for the job, I called several other Chevrolet dealers to double check their pricing, I even showed them a copy of a work order from another GM dealer showing how much the job should cost, they ignored it and said "that's what we charge", even though the other GM dealers said it shouldn't be that much. After all this we got the car home and it STILL wasn't correct! Finally got it to our regular mechanic, he corrected what they didn't and told us how bad they were at Palm and he is always repairing their work for customers. Palm Chevrolet is the single worst dealership / service department I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They are the reason people call the dealerships, "Stealerships"! Please read other reviews and you'll see this is true. More

Don't come here! I took my Corvette in for new tires and the rims cam back severely gouged. The dealership refused to replace them and insisted on refinishing them. I asked to speak to the GM in the hopes of obtaining some kind of extended warranty on the refinished rims and was politely told to " take the top off of that car and enjoy your vehicle." After driving a bit I noticed a vibration and am still waiting for the dealership to make it right. This process started on January 22nd and has not yet been resolved. Very disappointed as I am a Corvette enthusiast and take immaculate care of my vehicle. I would stay away from this dealership. More

Half the paper work was done over the phone, which was great. Neil Stefani was so confident that he had us the best price and car within our range, it became a supernatural experience. It worked out so smoothly and we were enlightened by Mr. Neil concerning knowledge that was not explained clearly by many others. Mr. Neil Stefani also went over car information and help me set up the necessary accessories.It doesn't take a book to tell others that the place to,MOST DEFINETLY, check out is Palm Chevrolet (in Ocala, Fl.). Please don't forget to ask for Neil Stefani, you wont be disappointed. More
