I had an appointment for a warranty issue on my 2025 Chevy for 10:00 am. I dropped it off the night before and hadn’t heard anything by 2:30 the next day. I tried calling multiple times and it went right to this reply saying they would text me back. I replied to the text and still hadn’t heard anything an hour later. I went to the dealership and got completely blown off. I can tell you they never even looked at the car and gave me a xx story. Having been a dealer tech for 15 years I am aware of the excuses used when time management or priorities are out of whack. Use caution if you want to rely on a local dealership and this is the one you choose. Maybe if you’re a cash cow you’ll get a return call from them but don’t expect decent warranty work. More

I believe the damage to the heater hose was caused by them the last time it was in the shop to replace the heater hose. It cost $1200. I thought that was a little pricey.
