No way it should’ve taken six hours to put in two vents plus you broke my back panel. Why can’t things be fixed on the first visit why don’t you look over the mechanics work before you tow the customer to plus you broke my back panel. There was a computer glitch so my person (Brian) kept trying and trying before he asked and someone told him to bypass it. If something is not working it seems like someone should have told him. My only negative comment is the service tech should check tire pressure after rotation. My HD 2500 according to the door panel label should be 70psi on the rear and 60psi on the front. My vehicle was there for 3 days and there was no communication. I had to call multiple times to try to speak with anyone. A young man in the service center did his best to help me. When I finally spoke with my rep she was rushing to get me off the phone, told me the wrong part was being ordered. Made a rental appt for me- told me I would be able transfer to a different location to get a truck that could tow, stayed I would just pay the difference. When I had tried to contact the service department at times I would have to call sales and to try to speak to a person, one person in sakes told me, when I tried to explain how my service rep would rush me off, he said maybe she had a customer in front of her- that of course made me fell not important- I am a custom too. Finally spoke with a man in the set department on Saturday and explained what happened- to which he informed me it was not even possible for me to have a rental truck that meet my needs. I had no idea what was going on time wise with my vehicle and missed multiple days of work as I need to tow my work trailer. On the following Monday my rep did text and communicate a little mere- she told me that she would 100% know by the afternoon when truck would be done- never text me.
