We will not be using Palm Cheve in Ocala ever again! We would rather drive out of town to find a reputable dealer! I asked to speak with management and no manager was ever available. No discount on service already rendered which were obviously unneeded ( if the transmission was bad) or that caused this problem to begin with. Truck was returned filthy and a quick service left me without a truck for over week.. Terrible! More
