I was working with my assigned Service Technician, Jon Degroot. We met preliminary outside my service date to go over the work that I wanted done on my 2021 Corvette Convertible. He spent adequate time with me to ensure I was aware of all my option and limitations. When I cam in for the actual service most of the preliminary checking in was already accomplish. Thus a quick check=in. The car had to remain at Palm for a couple of days, During that time Jon kept in touch with me to let me know the status of the work being performed. I was very pleased with the way I was kept informed and very satisfied with the work that was completed. More

They did a good job EXCEPT they were asked to increase tire pressure as it was between 28 and 30.
