They had no problem with my mechanic checking it out. They even gave me a small power train warranty on an "as is" sale. Everything was up front and amicable. Next time you are in the market for a vehicle, it would be well worth your while to check out what they have. One more thing, when I go in for my free oil changes, I'm going on Saturday around lunch time, when their service manager fires up the grill and cooks some of the best hot dogs and burgers around. Service I did think that I had found a company that cared about it’s customers, I found out today that I was wrong ! I took my truck in for the 3rd time this I did think that I had found a company that cared about it’s customers, I found out today that I was wrong ! I took my truck in for the 3rd time this week to fix a minor issue with a temp sensor reading . To make a long story short I dropped off my truck on Tuesday and they done their diagnosis and stated too me on Wednesday that they had found the problem and they would have to order me a part and that part should be on a truck Friday morning and I would be able to pick my truck up by lunchtime on Friday. Well lo and behold, they call me today and tell me the part will not be here now until Monday, that is great being I start back to work and need my truck , I brought this to them on my vacation so I would get it back before I went back to work ! I guess now that the truck is sold all customer service goes away, this is BS ! I made a suggestion to Dave Kollar the Service person I have been dealing with that you all have an F-250 on the lot and the right thing to take care of your customer would be to take the part off one of those trucks and reinstall the ordered part back on it when it comes in, that way the customer gets his vehicle back as promised and the other truck suffers no loss ! Well apparently some mgr. sitting in a chair making good money off people like me buying vehicles decided this was not a good idea, so the customer suffers, not the dealership, this is poor Customer Service ! I now can truthfully say I am Sorry I purchased from here, they took me for a lot of money and treat me like this, I am not Happy at all 😡🤬 Well, I got another example of the lack of customer service at your dealership when I came to pick up my truck, your service mgr and some mgr named John were so nonchalant about my situation with this being the 3rd time the truck had been there for the same issue, twice being left , this time since Tuesday! I have no idea why that part could not be overnighted or one taken off another truck to take care of my issue being I live an hour away, this is definitely piss poor customer service, but I guess it doesn’t matter since they got their money! I was pissed 😡 when I was there at their unconcerned attitudes, I had to walk away, this has really gotten under my skin ! Kind of makes me wonder if I will be contacted when the part does arrive 🤬 More
