I had a appt at 8:45 for an oil change. Upon arrival I said I had to leave by 10:15. Immediately I was told they didn’t know if that would be enough time. I did not get the keys to my car until 11:15. There is no reason it should have taken over 2 hours for a simple oil change with an appointment. No one even told me it was taking longer. My car service was never updated on the screen or the link text to me saying my car was even being worked on. Someone I never saw the entire visit is the one who brought me my keys and said “thank you for your patience” which just infuriated me more. I did not speak to a manager while there because I was so mad and did not want to cause a scene. But I am very upset about this as my daughter missed out on something very important to her that was already paid for and I cannot get back. I loathe going to this dealer anymore. More

Droped of my truck for service no problem Was offered a shuttle service to get home But said it was too far so I got dropped off at my work , no problem. Service and brakes took two days and they didn’t even get to my other problem. Had to pick it up and will need to reschedule. Almost nothing was done the first day.
