This is not my first experience with Palm Coast Ford service department, there have been numerous occasions. Each time my interaction with the staff has been outstanding, each employee has been very professional, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to make my experience awesome. The best part of Palm Coast Ford (outside of staff) is the wait time is minimal on repairs or routine maintenance. Thanks Palm Coast Ford employees (Todd Krug) and upper management. Wait time long but okay. Would prefer an hour service time if an appt is set. Need to work on speed and efficiency. Gotta say something in this box because it does not accept less than 25 words. Reduce character requirements.

"Great dealership ... great service dept"

When I bought my new Edge, Palm Coat went out of the way to put together a deal that worked for me. It tool a little while because I'm a difficult customer, but in the end, it was a great experience. And now, Service is performed quickly and the advisors take plenty of time to keep you in the loop and explain all tasks performed.

I went in for a new battery and they let my know I had multiple recalls on my car they would like to fix and they also found a leak in my water pump. I’m glad I can drive my car and feel safe. I felt Bri was impatient and rude and didn’t care to work with me on keeping me updated on when my car would be ready to be picked up.

"Went for oil change.."

Went for oil change..noticed it was time for tires. Gave me an estimate for 4 new..i just need Santa to bring them for Christmas. Big expense before holidays so they offered options to look into. Is Santa out there hope he is reading.

The truck was taken in to service area and I was kept informed of the progress. All costs were explained prior to work being done. Truck was completed and summary provided for services provided/ Service rep was knowledgeable and courteous. Waiting room was comfortable except lack of power outlets for plugging in cell phone computers etc.
