Took my 2016 Sierra in for it's 90K service, Oil, filter, lube, rotate tires, air cleaner, TSB 18-NA-355 Blue Label Mobil LV ATF HP Part #124715 ? 19417577 *GMC Transmission Shudder Problem). Did have to le lube, rotate tires, air cleaner, TSB 18-NA-355 Blue Label Mobil LV ATF HP Part #124715 ? 19417577 *GMC Transmission Shudder Problem). Did have to leave it overnight. The transmission shudder seems to be gone, at least for now. I took it to Boucher for the same transmission problem a couple years ago, they charged me for the more expensive transmission fluid but the problem didn't go away, which leads me to believe they charged for the better transmission fluid but put in the cheaper original fluid. Won't be going back to Boucher but will be going back to Palmen for all my GMC repair needs. I do recommend Ben Vitullo who helped every way he could with GMC for this problem. Not the dealerships problem but GMC knows about the shudder problem and IMO should fix the transmission, not just recommend a heavier transmission fluid. More

I told the service department the exact code from carmax to be repaired. Palmen charged me 150 to tell me what I had already said I wanted repaired, therefore doubling the price of a wire repair.. custom to be repaired. I blew a tire on my way into Kenosha from out of town. Hit something, I’m sure from all the construction. A good job on the work that was done but the I had to sit a wait 15 to 20 minutes before someone would help me and I had an appointment at 830am but didn’t get checked in until at least 845am. I don’t understand why only the one guy that I originally talked to on the phone is the only one who can check you in when there are three other guys sitting there not as busy that can’t help the customer. Not a very good system , needs to be looked at. I was only there for an oil change to drop my car off a shouldn’t have to wait that long just to check in. More
