A good job on the work that was done but the I had to sit a wait 15 to 20 minutes before someone would help me and I had an appointment at 830am but didn’t get checked in until at least 845am. I don’t understand why only the one guy that I originally talked to on the phone is the only one who can check you in when there are three other guys sitting there not as busy that can’t help the customer. Not a very good system , needs to be looked at. I was only there for an oil change to drop my car off a shouldn’t have to wait that long just to check in. More

I trust Palmen GMC more than other OEM dealership service departments I’ve worked for. I don’t feel they are constantly selling problems that don’t exist with very expensive solutions.
