Tim is not as responsive as Jason or Joe was formerly. He just kind of seems out of it. Busy but not coherent or thinking. He just kind of seems out of it. Busy but not coherent or thinking. More

Totally disappointed with the lack of service. I paid over 400.00 to have an oil change and air conditioner fixed only to have it break again the next day THEN told its a different issue and was not cov over 400.00 to have an oil change and air conditioner fixed only to have it break again the next day THEN told its a different issue and was not covered under my plan. In June of 2021, while driving and putting on the AC in the hottest day we have had in Wisconsin, my reduced engine power popped up and check engine light went on and car when into limp mode. Code was P06a the hottest day we have had in Wisconsin, my reduced engine power popped up and check engine light went on and car when into limp mode. Code was P06a3 and a catalytic/02 code (cannot remember what it was). Took it to the shop and they stated replacing the catalytic converter would fix everything – so I did that and it cost $1500. Two days after I got my car back, the reduced engine power came back on with the check engine light – back into limp mode. Not sure if the AC was on, but I do know there was a bump in the road – so I figured it was a sensor got loose. The next day I went to bring the car back to the shop, but the check engine light was off. When the shop ran the history P06a3 came and P2135 (throttle body issue – not sure if that was the accurate code, but I did see it had something to do with the throttle body). The problem was the shop didn’t feel comfortable doing anything because the check engine light wasn’t on and I already gave them 1500 for something that might not have been the issue. I drove it around for a few weeks and almost every other day the reduced engine power would come on and then go back off. I decided to bring it to the dealership instead of the shop. I figured they would know what to do since they specialize in Buick’s. Codes that were ran were the P06a3 and P2135 – recommended the throttle body be replaced to fix the issues the car was having - $560. The VERY NEXT DAY, the car did a reduced engine power/limp mode/check engine light thing again. This time my kids were in the car, and we had no where to turn off to – 90 degree day and AC was on. By the time the car was brought back to the dealership, the light was off. Dealership did the testing again and only received code P06a3 – this is the code that I believe is causing the issue. The catalytic converter and throttle body seem like they weren’t even needing replacement in my mind. The dealership kept the car for over a week and did testing, stated the issue was an acceleration pedal sensor – another $398 to replace and fix. I didn’t even leave the parking lot of the dealership and the car shut off with the same reduced engine power and codes after pedal sensor replacement. Left the car another week there and they said it was because the technician didn't connect everything and they drove it 150 miles with no issues. Five days after picking it up, check engine light came back on the first day I drove my car. Took it back to the dealership and they said it is a BRAND NEW CODE and will cost me another $357 to replace an o2 sensor. This is ridiculous and somewhat convenient and I am not happy. More
