When I was in for an oil change, Jeff found a service code for the collision avoidance system so this was a return to replace the module and a couple other things. Horrible experience!!! Got my car fixed on the 3rd day and after warranty I still had to pay a lot. But the worst part was not feeling valued as a customer. I had a recall that the service advisor claims he couldn't find, until I gave him the GM TSB #. Then had to wait for 2.5 hours while they verified the fault. These taillights are a common issue and they have several on the shelf, but wanted to make me wait. I know this is because my repair wouldn't generate any money. The service advisor then entered my last name and phone number incorrect in hopes I wouldn't follow up on the recall. If I wasn't an ASE Master Certified Technician myself, this could've been alot worse. The tech who installed the taillight didn't properly place the water seal.... probably in hopes I would get water intrusion, or he was just that lazy. I have had similar experience with the Sales Manager as well. Unprofessional and always looking to swindle someone of their time and money. More
