My appointment was at 2o’clock. I showed up a half an hour early and there were no cars in the day when I pulled in. It took them an hour and 15 minutes to accomplish what should’ve been accomplished in hour early and there were no cars in the day when I pulled in. Jeff Nagy was the most helpful, supportive and kind service writer we could have asked for. He ensured we would have our issue rectified before we got our car back. Never have I had warranty work performed this way before. Wish I could have made a deal work to buy our car here.
