As far as a dealership goes, Palmen has been very good to work with. Unfortunately, due to the new vehicle that I purchased from Palmen, being a complete piece of xxxx, I’ve had to work with them a lot. Abou work with. About every 6 months my check engine light goes on which results in major repairs needed. And I don’t “beat” my car up either. Majority of miles are interstate miles. Again, this is not the service department at Palmen’s fault. They have been very friendly and work to get my vehicle repaired in a timely matter. But I will never buy a Buick again. More

Lack of communication from Jeff was the biggest issue I had. Then I was also under the impression that there was a “road hazard” warranty with the tires I purchased in December. Also, was told I could be there Tuesday for the replacement. Tire was not in. I drove from Milwaukee missing a half day of work for nothing, just to have to miss another half day to come the following day. Very unsatisfied with the customer service! More
