The service department suggested that I replace the timing chains while the car was taken apart to replace the oil gasket. They explained that it was a good idea to do that as it would cost 3000.00 if timing chains while the car was taken apart to replace the oil gasket. To be candid, my experience at Palmen exceeded my expectations although I wasn’t in the market for a new vehicle. I brought my 2018 Terrain in for an oil change ...and drove home in our new 2021 Cad expectations although I wasn’t in the market for a new vehicle.
