Palmen Buick GMC - Service Center

Not recommended.. I visited the dealership to have a key fob programmed and a replacement key cut. I scheduled an appt for 9 am and was quoted a time of an hour for completion of the work. Two hours later I fob programmed and a replacement key cut. I scheduled an appt for 9 am and was quoted a time of an hour for completion of the work. Two hours later I asked the service desk how much longer it would be as I have a noon appt scheduled. Finally by 11:15 I just demanded I get my car weather it was completed or not cause I had to go. I was never notified that the work was gonna take longer then estimates not was I advised of the status during the waiting time. When I pulled my vehicle into the service dept their was a grumpy old man disrespectfully tell people where to park their vehicles. I will not be doing business with this dealership in the future, even though I have another fob to program and key to have cut!! More

For service, this is the place to go. Not necessarily the cheapest, but definitely the best at customer satisfaction and getting issues resolved quickly. The service staff was awesome , down to the shuttle driver Gary, very courteous and kind. They took care of all my needs with my Escalade..
