Had an appointment for 2 weeks and couldn't get brakes done. Had good brake readings 3000 miles ago. Now less than 1mm. Bad readings prior. No fluids filled. This is due to not enough techs on staff, not very qualified those that are there and constant overbooking by service agents. Palmer will fail if this continues. Believed in certified service but not now. Sales agent good to deal with but they don't fix the cars. More
