Jason was exceptional. From the moment I made the first phone call until we walked out after the repairs. If you haven’t realized it yet he is a wonderful employee. I believe he went the extra mile to treat our issues like he was there for the express purpose of helping us, even though he had at least 3 to 5 people standing and wanting him to help them. He juggled each one of us with great customer service and patience. He was proficient in explaining what trouble the car was in and didn’t even laugh when he told me the wrong size tires were on the car. What a wonderful treat to interact with someone more than just competent! When you go to have repairs on your car there is always the feeling of dread. You are afraid the repairs done were not really needed and the cost is always more than you think is fair, I did not feel this way at all. I will be singing the praises of Palmen’s service department. Thank you Jason for a job well done. More

I took the truck back for the third time since I purchased it in May as a certified used vehicle for oil leaks for electrical issues. This was the third time for the camera and second for oil leaks. purchased it in May as a certified used vehicle for oil leaks for electrical issues. This was the third time for the camera and second for oil leaks. It's still has an intermittent issue with the left camera or right camera shutting off just like it did before they replaced the front camera. As far as timeframe for the repair, I dropped the vehicle off on Wednesday night 11/13 and picked up the loaner and was told that should be ready by the end of business the following day thursday 11/14. I received no follow-up call so I called and they said no one had touched the vehicle yet by Thursday night and they hope to have it done by Friday 11/14. I called back on Friday and it still was not finished and no explanation why. They finally finished the vehicle repairs on Saturday which was originally promised by 10:30am and I had to wait around until noon to pick up the vehicle. I still do not have an English version of the operator's manual that I requested when I purchased the truck as it is still in French since the truck apparently was imported from Canada as a certified used vehicle. Jason the service advisor is not the issue the scheduling and technicians appear to be the issue and also the certified used inspection that was previously done on the truck must not have been done properly. The tires still wear in an odd pattern on this truck and I still believe there is an alignment issue which the service report stated was checked when I purchased the vehicle. I purchased a previous similar truck from this very same dealership before and had two sets of the same tires on it with no issues like I have currently but I am told there is nothing wrong. I don't know where to go from here with the service department other than find a different dealership that is closer to me because I feel a certified used vehicle with 10,000 miles on it should not have all of these issues, maybe I am wrong.
